Who We Are
The Goal of the CCJC (Channel Cities Jazz Club) is to "Keep Jazz Alive" with a non-profit, 501 (c)3, corporation dedicated to preserve and nourish the roots of Jazz and Big Band Music. In that effort each year we sponsor one to three young musicians from local high schools or middle schools that are interested in playing jazz to attend a full week at a Summer Jazz Camp. The applicants fill out an application stating their ability, interest, grades and of course the parent(s) approval. A real treat is when a local high school or middle school jazz band is invited to play on the Sunday afternoon dance during the jam session. We have some awesome young musicians in this area.

CCJC meets on the third Sunday of each month at: The House of Dance

3007 Bunsen Ave. Suite E, Ventura, Calif.
